REFUND POLICY

For used products (for first-time customers only):

• Package must be postmarked on or before 8 days from the date of receipt.

• Please remove any excess hair or dirt on product to avoid a 15% restocking fee.

• Any shipping costs are non-refundable.

For unused products:

• Package must be postmarked on or before 30 days from the date of receipt.

• Product must be in new condition in its original packaging.

• Any shipping costs are non-refundable.

Custom and discounted orders are final sale. Please allow 5 business days for refunds to be processed.

EXCHANGE POLICY

• Size exchange must be requested within 7 days of receipt for tried-on, unused and resaleable products only.

• Please remove any excess hair on product to avoid a 15% restocking fee.

• Replacement product ships 2 business days from the date of receipt. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details to your original order.

• Buyer is responsible for the shipping cost(s) of any returns and exchanges

All returns and exchanges must be approved with an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). Contact us with the order number and name on the original order.

SHIPPING

• We are not responsible for lost packages marked as delivered by carrier. Please be sure to select the shipping method that is most reliable to your destination.

• A replacement order will be shipped when the package is considered lost with no tracking activity for 7 days. All shipping costs are non-refundable.
